We have our own properties as well as working in a network of Landlords with a variety of property types available.

Landlords
We lease your properties with a Corporate Let. Do you know what a corporate let really is? This is huge a game changer for Landlords with the current legislation changes and difficult financial challenges.
If you choose not to work with us, not a problem, but we want to share this with as many people as possible. Unfortunately some Landlords are being forced to exit the market, struggling with their mortgages and no longer enjoy being a Landlord - which we want to bring back. How do we operate?
We operate our own and our partners properties on a Corporate Let.
We can occupy these in several ways, whether it be a flat in the city, 2 Bed Terrace in Arnold, or a HMO in Radford, I'm sure it is something we can work with.
We operate the following throughout Nottinghamshire:
-Serviced Accommodation for contractors and tourism guests.
HMOs for working professionals and NHS staff.
Social Housing with support staff for a variety of vulnerable tenant types, whether this is supported living for a adult with learning disabilities, Asylum Seekers or women fleeing Domestic Violence.
Finally, a Corporate Let, lets keep things simple:
2-5 years let

Repairs and maintenance covered by us
No Management Fee to us
No inspections by you
No Tenant communications by you
No Section 24 required to evict us - 30days
